Job Description:

As an I&C Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for organizing and directing activities for I&C craft personnel in support of plant maintenance and modifications. You will also schedule work, provide metrics, and evaluate performance for the department and ensure your team is adhering to industry standards.

The qualified candidate for I&C Maintenance Supervisor will have:

  • 5 (+) years of maintenance experience in commercial nuclear power.
  • 3 (+) years of leadership experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices for nuclear accredited programs.
  • Excellent supervisory skills.

Base Pay Range:
$95,000 to $115,000/yr
Average Bonus: 10%
