As the Manager of Program Management, you will provide leadership to a team of Program Managers while ensuring customer products are manufactured to meet on-time delivery schedules. You will utilize metrics to provide program status updates and also serve as an escalation point for customer satisfaction issues. Responsibilities include developing and implementing training procedures as a structure for strong communication across internal departments. You will provide mentorship and critique the performance of Program Managers while providing guidance that will increase job knowledge and improve individual career potential.
