If you have been looking to join a rapidly growing Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, then this is the opportunity that you have been waiting for! 

As Director of Business Development, you will work remotely from your own home office and be responsible to develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and penetrate potential customers. You will inherit a territory with existing prestigious customers currently generating revenue that you will work to increase sales by adding new programs. You will also perform business development for new customers along with directing a team of Independent Sales Reps who will generate potential leads for you to pursue. This is a high visibility position where you will be recognized by the executive team as a key contributor to the company’s growth

The company will provide for a generous compensation package to the selected candidate who meets these minimum background qualifications:

* Five (5) years of experience selling Electronics Manufacturing Services.
* Experience successfully developing and implementing strategic business development plans.
* Proven success performing new business development growing customer base and increasing revenue. 
* Currently physically located in the region that extends from Pennsylvania up through New England to Maine.
* Ability to work unsupervised and remotely.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

They have been investing heavily into the company and have implemented their strategy to grow revenues by 25% in 2023!

Job Compensation:

Base Pay Range:
$100,000 to $125,000/yr
Average Commission: 40,000
Average Bonus: 10,000
Other Compensation: Car Allowance
Relocation Expenses: Not Covered
