Job Description:

The person in this high visibility role will provide leadership to a team of quality professionals who will ensure that Supplier, Regulatory, and Compliance standards are strictly maintained at each manufacturing facility. You will work closely with the quality team at each facility to review data metrics, monitor trends, develop troubleshooting processes, corrective actions, and implement preventative maintenance procedures. Duties will include ensuring that required quality documentation is maintained, ISO certifications are current, and monitoring activities to prepare for upcoming audits.

An outstanding compensation package of strong base salary, bonus, and relocation assistance will be given to the selected Senior Director of Quality candidate who meets or exceeds these minimum background requirements:

* Ten (10)+ years in a Quality Assurance role working in an Electronics Manufacturing environment.
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required preferably in an Engineering curriculum.
* Strong understanding of the quality standards utilized in the manufacturing of Medical Device, Military, Aerospace, Automotive, and Industrial products.
* Proven leadership experience managing a team in the quality organization.
* Experience troubleshooting quality issues on the manufacturing lines including gathering data, analyzing metrics, corrective actions, and preventative maintenance.
* Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Job Compensation:

Base Pay Range:
$200,000 to $250,000/yr
Average Bonus: 50,000
Other Compensation: Equity
Relocation Expenses: Covered
