In the role of SRO Training Instructor, you will support either Initial License Operator Training to initial license candidates or License Operator Requalification Training to SRO and RO Licensed Operators.  You will conduct training in the classroom, simulator and on-the-job environments.  You will develop and upgrade training materials and lesson guides as needed. 

The qualified candidate for SRO Training Instructor must have:

• Recent experience as a Licensed Operator Training Instructor at a commercial nuclear power plant.
• Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License or Certification (PWR required).
• Instructor Certified.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and instructor skills.
• Strong references.
• Immediate availability.

One of our clients, a commercial nuclear power utility, has an urgent need for SRO Training Instructors.  This is a contract assignment, expected to initially last 6 months, with the possibility of an extension for a top performer!  This assignment is in a highly sought-after warm weather location, near the ocean!  Work a desirable 4x10’s schedule allowing for 3-day weekends, every weekend!  A competitive Pay Rate and Per Diem awaits a top performer!
