Job Description:

In the position of Business Development Manager, you will work remotely from your own home office and travel as required to “hunt” for new business. You should have an established network of Aerospace, Defense, and Military customers OEM customers to hit the ground running. Duties include developing and implementing a sales strategy to target new business development opportunities with potential customers, establish relationships with key decision makers, and close deals. The individual in this high visibility position will work closely with the management team as a key contributor to the company’s growth in customer base while increasing manufacturing revenue!

The candidate for the position of Business Development Manager will meet these minimum qualifications:

* 5 years of experience working for an EMS provider selling Printed Circuit Board Assemblies and full system integration.

* Must have an established contact network of customers in the Aerospace, Defense, and Military markets to hit the ground running.

* Proven success as a “hunter” with increasing customer base and revenue.

* Experience developing and implementing strategic business development plans.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Compensation:

Base Pay Range:
$85,000 to $125,000/yr
Average Commission: 50,000
Relocation Expenses: Not Covered
