My client company is an EMS provider that has an urgent need to hire two positions: a Manufacturing Engineer and a Test Engineer. The person in the role of Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the continuous operation of SMT lines to ensure that Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing deadlines are met. You will be hands-on to troubleshoot SMT line problems on the manufacturing floor to implement corrective actions and put in place preventative maintenance procedures. Background requirements include a strong technical understanding of PCBA processes including SMT, pick & place, wave solder, conformal coating, DFM, and ECOs.

As the Test Engineer you will be responsible for the In-Circuit and Functional testing of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA). You will run programs using LabView software that will perform various tests including vibration, environmental, durability, and X-Ray. You will compile and analyze the test results and work with other departments to develop corrective actions. Background requirements include experience performing In-Circuit and Functional testing on PCBAs.
