Making a referral is quick and easy. Here are the rules:

1. "Successful Referral" means submitting a candidate to Gilbert Consulting Services Inc. that we place on one of our many open jobs within 60-days of the referral. (i.e. the candidate must have a signed offer letter within 60-days).

2. The referral must be for a NEW candidate that we do not currently have in our database.

3. All candidate referrals must be made through our online form. Referrals via any other means do not qualify for the $500 prize.

4. Simply fill out the following Candidate Referral Form and click submit. You will be notified within 24 hours of making the referral if it meets the criteria above.

If Gilbert Consulting Services Inc. places your new candidate referral on one of our open positions within 60-days we will send you a check for $500.00 on the day they begin their new job!
