Well, after almost a year at xxxx, I thought I should update you on the latest news. Thursday afternoon I was promoted to Product Engineering Manager, for the group I have been in since day one. Right now the position is acting, but I am being strongly encouraged to apply for it permanently, when it is posted. Eventually the title will be Manager of Engineering Services, and will report to the VP of Operations. Under it will be product engineering, document control, and test engineering.
