Job Description:
(duties & responsibilities):

In the role of Nuclear Fuel Specialist you will be responsible for providing nuclear fuel related consulting services for both domestic and international customers.  You will analyze data and prepare nuclear fuel cycle reports for clients.  You will provide technical support to track nuclear fuel including accounting for balances and identifying any discrepancies or anomalies.  You will manage the company’s proprietary software and database and mine and analyze the fuel data as necessary to meet the needs of the customers.  Periodic travel both domestically and internationally to visit customers is required.

The qualified candidate for Nuclear Fuel Specialist MUST HAVE:

 

  • Three (3)+ years experience working in the Nuclear Power Industry with knowledge of the Nuclear Fuel Cycle required.
  • Experience performing analytical analysis, calculations and/or information and data analysis required.
  • BS Degree in Nuclear Engineering (or related discipline) required.
  • Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License or Certification desired.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Job Compensation:

Base Pay Range:
$100,000 to $120,000/yr
Relocation Expenses: Not Covered
